Bright City, Gone Mad
Genre: Political Thriller
The very unique spy thriller about a young intelligence agent who finds a small piece of evidence that leads him on a dangerous quest and reveals shattering truths about who is really running the world.
Eggplant Pizza on the Steps of Rome
Genre: Fictional Memoir
An imaginary version of my life.
Isle of Hope
Genre: Historical Novel
Disguised as an historical novel, this book is my platform to rant against the excesses and atrocities of politics. Wrapped in the story of the founding of the Georgia colony at Savannah, it spans the years from 1730 to 1790 and gives me ample room to discourse on rampant colonization, ecology, slavery, religion, and the overwhelming need of a people to be free from government tyranny. It also has a couple of beautiful love stories, which allow me to explore the human heart. The title is both the name of real place, a community near Savannah, and a metaphor for what the new world represented to the colonists.
The Philosopher
Genre: Historical Novel
Volume One of series of books that will chronicle the horrors that have been perpetrated in the name of religion, The Philosopher tells of the life of Hypatia, the earliest known woman philosopher. Although the character of Hypatia gives voice to the book, it is at heart the story of the destruction of the Library of Alexandria, and an indictment of those who would destroy knowledge to preserve power.
The Long Night
Genre: Science Fiction
I have a episode of 12 hours of missing time. It occurred in Florida in 1973. I was traveling from Panama City to Orlando. I left Panama City around 6:00 PM and I remember driving onto the bridge over Apalachicola Bay, but I don't remember anything else until I 'woke up' the next morning sitting in front of a store in Perry, Florida (about 180 miles away and not on my route) with the motor running and a full tank of gas. This book is the story of what might have happened that night.
Elegy in Suburbia
Genre: Cyberpunk
An experimental novel that uses letters, news clippings, diary entries and email messages to describe a young suburban man as he descends into madness.
Cloud Watcher - A Life in Mists
Genre: Fantasy
A series of fantasy novels describing the ethereal journey through many lifetimes of a soul.
Angels of the Deep
Genre: Children's Story
